COI has instituted the COI Credit Fund (CCF) in alignment with prevailing investor demand, with the overarching objective of delivering superior risk-adjusted weighted returns over the long term through a strategic emphasis on passive credit positions in an all encompasing fund.
The core mission of the COI Credit Fund (CCF) is to adopt a long-term greedy approach.
The CCF aims to provide wholesale investors and larger family offices with sustained, risk-adjusted capital returns through diligent and strategic investment management. The fund will focus exclusively on debt products that feature clear exit strategies, including refinancing, restructuring, or direct realisation through sales.
To support its investment strategy, the CCF will issue different classes of units for diversified pooled capital raisings. The guiding principle of CCF is to effectively balance market-influenced underwriting appetites with a steadfast commitment to delivering sustainable, long-term returns for investors.
