Through the COI Direct Opportunity Trust (CDO), a trust established within the fund, investors will have direct lending opportunities into projects.
The mandate as set out in the Information Memorandum (IM) for the Fund will be broad in nature but will be supported with deal specific Supplementary Investment Memorandums (SIM’s) that allow wholesale investors to directly select the investment opportunity they would like to participate in based on their own risk/return profile, asset allocation/portfolio construction and cash considerations.
The CDO Trust has been developed for more active investors. The deal parameters and investor return will be set out in further detail in the IM and SIM.
