The COI Co-Participation Series provides wholesale investors with a streamlined framework for gaining indirect exposure to select private credit opportunities through dedicated classes.
Each class is established for a distinct opportunity or set of opportunities, enabling investors to participate in a defined passive credit exposure that is isolated from other strategies within the Fund.
Exposure is indirect and generally occurs through vehicles that hold interests in underlying loan assets. This structure allows COI to apply consistent governance, disciplined underwriting, and clear oversight processes to each individual class.
The Series is designed to offer a transparent and managed pathway for investors seeking involvement in specific private credit transactions, while maintaining separation between classes and ensuring each is administered in accordance with its own mandate and documentation.
Participation in the Series is available only to Eligible Investors and requires careful review of the Fund’s information materials. As with all private credit investments, each class carries risks that should be considered in light of an investor’s own circumstances.
