COI partners with institutional investors and capital providers to establish bespoke Funding Lines designed to support structured and well-governed participation in private credit opportunities.
Our role as Investment Manager involves originating and managing institutional-grade funding programs that provide exposure to Commercial Real Estate Credit (CRED) across Australia. These Funding Lines are generally structured as bilateral arrangements and may incorporate multiple layers of capital, allowing for flexibility in how transactions are assessed, executed, and administered.
COI works closely with its Funding Line partners to design scalable credit programs supported by disciplined underwriting, structured processes, and clearly defined governance frameworks. Each program is applied to a curated pipeline of credit opportunities, with established oversight, approval processes, and ongoing monitoring.
Each Funding Line incorporates agreed parameters for deployment, portfolio composition, and draw mechanics, supported by continuous reporting through our monitoring platform. This structure is suited to institutions seeking a transparent and well-defined framework for engaging in private credit transactions.
The COI Funding Line Platform is designed to adapt to evolving market conditions and capital requirements, offering a flexible structure that supports collaboration, clarity and disciplined management across all stages of the credit lifecycle.
