Through the COI Select Series, investors may gain exposure to private credit strategies that involve carefully assessed, asset-backed lending opportunities.
The mandate for the Fund, as outlined in the Information Memorandum (IM), provides scope for a range of private credit opportunities. Individual transactions within the strategy will be described in Supplementary Class IMs, which offer wholesale clients detailed information about each opportunity so they can make their own informed assessment.
The COI Select Series has been designed to provide additional transparency around individual credit opportunities. Further information regarding each transaction will be made available in the IM and associated Class IMs, enabling investors to consider the characteristics of each opportunity in the context of their own circumstances.
